PROFESSIONAL COACHING PROGAM
WITH INTERNATIONAL CERTIFICATION AND RABBINIC ENDORSEMENT

Professional Training in linguistic and systemic (ontological) coaching.
The program is offered over a 10-month period, with weekly, two-hour classes via Zoom. The course is divided into three blocks. Successful graduates of blocks 1 and/or 2 can receive an internationally recognized coaching certificate, endorsed by the Global Coaching Federation.
Successful graduates of the entire 10-month program will receive international certification, endorsed by IAD Coaching and the Global Coaching Federation, recognizing them as professional ontological coaches,
The program is endorsed by Rabbi Daniel Oppeheimer, of Argentina.
IAD Coaching has trained rabbis, teachers, community leaders and many others working in the helping professions. Certified graduates frequently continue to study advanced coaching techniques. IAD graduates can also be found among our teaching faculty today.
BLOCK 1
Duration: 3 months
International Certificate: Facilitator in Strategic Communication.
Study program:

Perceiving reality: facts and judgments, and their characteristics.

First and second order learning.

The three domains of being: body, language and emotions.

The three types of listening.
-
Communicational model: requests, offers and agreements.
Final Project:
Plan and hold a conversation with someone that includes everything learned in Block 1
BLOCK 2
International certificate: Facilitator in Emotional Management.
Duration: 3 months.
Study program:

Emotions: fear, anger, guilt, love, joy, sadness, envy.

Pairs: demanding/demanded, victim/responsible, etc.

Emotions vs. Moods.
-
Stages of mourning.

The question as a fundamental access tool.
Final Project:
Final review exam on topics studied.
BLOCK 3
International Certificate: Professional Ontological Coach (based on the
linguistic and systemic approach)
Duration: 4 months.

Introduction to the coaching conversation. Scope and limitations.

Map of the coaching session.

Model of seven competencies.

Domains of being (body, language, emotions) and the coach's questions.

Differences between coaching, mentoring and therapy.
